Our round Neapolitan variety pumpkins grow luxuriantly in the company's fields, kissed by the southern Italian sun. This variety of pumpkin, known for its sweet flavour and creamy texture, is the star of this delicious cream.

Extra virgin olive oil, obtained from the company's own olive trees, is another key ingredient that gives the product a unique flavour profile. A touch of golden onion, a pinch of salt and cold-pressed lemon juice complete the recipe, creating a perfect balance of flavours.

Each jar of Crema di Zucca is a homage to our land: Cilento. It is an invitation to discover its culinary tradition and local products. Use it as a condiment for pasta and risottos, or as a base for delicious soups. It can also be spread on toast and crostini for a tasty appetiser.

Ingredients: Round Neapolitan variety pumpkin, extra virgin olive oil from our olive grove, golden onion, salt, cold-pressed lemon juice.

Instructions for use: Before use, shake the jar well. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.

Storage: Vacuum processing allows the flavours and nutritional properties of the ingredients to be preserved. Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of heat and light.
