Refund policy

Right of withdrawal: 14 days (European Union)

Azienda Agricola Minnelea di Carmine Rizzo recognises the right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and by European distance-selling legislation. For orders shipped within the European Union you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without having to give any reason. Withdrawal applies to non-food, non-personalised products: for perishable goods and made-to-order products the exclusions provided for by law and listed in the «Non-returnable products» section remain valid.

Return request: 30 days

In addition to the legal withdrawal period, our commercial policy allows 30 days from receipt of the goods to request a return. These are two distinct deadlines: the 14 days are the legal withdrawal period applicable in the European Union, the 30 days are the longer period we apply as a commercial choice.

How to request a return

1. Write to info@minnelea.com or message us on WhatsApp at +39 328 701 7040, stating your order number and the products you wish to return.
2. We reply with the return authorisation and the practical instructions for shipping.
3. Send the goods to the address below, within the deadline we indicate, in intact packaging suitable to protect the contents during transport.

Do not ship anything before receiving our authorisation: items sent without a prior return request are not accepted. We do not issue automatic return labels, the procedure always starts by email or WhatsApp.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by Minnelea. In our reply we explain how to send the parcel at no cost to you: you do not have to advance or bear any expense to return the goods.

Condition of returned products

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• in the same condition in which you received them, unused and undamaged;
• in their original packaging, with any seals and labels intact;
• accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable products

By their very nature, food and perishable goods (jams, oils, preserves, products in oil, fresh produce) cannot be returned, except where the products are defective, damaged or incorrect. Also excluded from returns are:

• made-to-order or personalised products;
• products sealed for hygiene reasons, once opened;
• promotional items and gift cards.

If you have any doubts about a specific product, contact us before placing the order or the return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Inspect your order on delivery. If you find defects, transport damage, or receive an item different from the one ordered, write to us straight away at info@minnelea.com or on WhatsApp at +39 328 701 7040, attaching photographs of the product and the packaging. We assess the case and arrange a replacement or a refund, including for food products.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we let you know the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued within 10 working days and always to the same payment method used for the purchase. Refunds to bank details other than those of the order are not available: there is therefore no need to send us your IBAN or any other banking information.

The refund covers the amount of the returned products; return shipping is free of charge for you. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 working days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received the amount, write to us at info@minnelea.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a new order.
