Delivery and transport
Shipping is free throughout the Italian national territory with a minimum order of €39.00.
For orders of less than €39.00, the cost of transport in Italy is €6.50.
In case of cash on delivery, € 5.00 will be added to the shipment for the cost of the service offered.
Orders are shipped from www.minnelea.com, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. Shipments will be made by carriers defined by minnelea.com.
The delivery time, purely indicative, is approximately 2/3 working days from the date of the order, the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authorities. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays, therefore they are made on the first following working day.
When confirming your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct, as it is not possible to return purchases to a new address once they have been dispatched. Before we can ship your order, you may need to verify your credit card details with the card issuer. In this case, we will do our best to limit the shipping delay.
Our delivery times start from the moment your order is accepted and include the 24-hour period in which your order is prepared and then shipped from our warehouse. Please note that this process can take longer, depending on the payment method chosen and during public holidays (Christmas, Easter) when the shipment of orders can take 72 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT PRESENT WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES?
If the courier in charge of delivering the goods to your home cannot find anyone at home, he will leave a non-delivery notice and try to deliver the goods the next day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the order is placed in storage at the local branch. It is possible to redeliver the shipment by contacting this branch on the telephone number that you will find on the notice left by the courier. THE COSTS OF OPENING THE STOCK ARE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND MUST BE PAID TO THE COURIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
WILL I BE CONTACTED BY THE COURIER BEFORE DELIVERY?
As a rule, the courier does not make preventive phone calls and does not handle delivery requests at particular times.
