What are the shipping times?
We ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery within Italy generally takes 2–4 business days. For shipments to other European countries, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
Do your products contain preservatives or additives?
No. All our preserves are prepared with artisanal methods, using only natural ingredients and raw materials selected from the Cilento area. No preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavorings.
How do I store the products after opening?
After opening, keep the product refrigerated and consume it within 7–10 days. Always use clean utensils to scoop the product, and reseal the jar tightly.
Can I create a custom gift package?
Of course. We offer curated gift packages with a selection of our finest products. You can choose from our ready-made kits or contact us to assemble a tailored package for any occasion.
