Shipping
Timing. We prepare every order by hand in 1 working day. Express courier delivery takes 2 working days in Italy and 5 in the rest of the European Union.
Costs. Free shipping in Italy on orders from €27, and in the rest of the European Union from €35. The thresholds are calculated on the total after discounts. Below these thresholds, the exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to follow your shipment in real time.
Packaging. Our jars travel in protective packaging designed for glass. If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo of it and write to us within 48 hours at info@minnelea.com (or on WhatsApp at +39 328 701 7040): we'll replace it free of charge.
Where we ship. Throughout Italy (islands included) and to the main European countries. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
