Shipping
Timing. We prepare every order by hand within 2-3 working days. Express courier delivery takes 1-3 working days in Italy, 3-5 in Europe.
Costs. Free shipping within Italy on orders from €27, and in the rest of the European Union on orders from €49. Below these thresholds the exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking. As soon as your order leaves, you receive an email with the link to follow the shipment in real time.
Packaging. Our jars travel in protective packaging designed for glass. If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and write to us within 48 hours at info@minnelea.com (or on WhatsApp at +39 328 701 7040): we replace it at no cost to you.
Where we ship. Throughout Italy (islands included) and to the main European countries. We currently do not ship outside the EU.
