Artisan Peppers in EVOO – Mediterranean Antipasto

Peppers, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, oregano, salt.

The peppers are immersed in extra virgin olive oil, with a clove of garlic, black pepper, a pinch of oregano and a note of white wine vinegar. A pinch of salt closes the recipe.

The oil becomes part of the product: when the jar is finished, it's an aromatic dressing not to throw away — perfect for warm pasta, bruschetta or a seasonal salad.

Perfect as an antipasto, on warm country bread crostini. In the kitchen they become a dressing for rice salads, cold pasta and friselle. In gourmet pairings they shine with caciocavallo or grilled white meats.

A jar to keep in the pantry for when you need a real antipasto, in ten minutes.

We select ripe red peppers, processed by hand and preserved in oil according to Mediterranean tradition. No rush, no industrial machines: just hands, time and the right ingredients.

The slow processing preserves the structure of the pepper, its natural sweetness and the balance between the aroma of garlic, the spicy note of black pepper and the scent of oregano.

Seven ingredients, nothing else. No preservatives, no colourings, no flavour enhancers. What you read on the label is what you find in the jar: peppers, oil, vinegar, garlic, pepper, oregano, salt.
