Minnelea is a family farm in southern Italy making jams and marmalades, savoury spreads, vegetables in olive oil and ready pasta sauces. Artisan production in small batches, vacuum cooking at controlled temperature, fruit and vegetables from farms in the Cilento bio-district. No preservatives, no colourings, no added pectin.

This page is where you register to receive our trade price list. Fill in the request: we check your VAT number and company details, then open access to the reserved prices. Every request is reviewed by a person, and we answer within 2 working days.

Who we supply

Retail — delis, farm shops, wine shops and gourmet stores: jars that stand out on the shelf and tell a precise story, with a margin that holds.

Hospitality — restaurants, hotels, bars and wine bars: products for the menu, for tastings, for cheese boards and breakfast, with professional formats on request.

Distributors and buying groups — terms agreed case by case.

Why it works on the shelf

Our products have won Great Taste 2025 and the WineHunter Award Gold at the Merano WineFestival. Every product sheet states how many grams of fruit go into 100 g: a verifiable figure almost nobody publishes, and the one that decides the sale when a customer holds two jars side by side.
