This document is the Site's legal notice under Italian Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 (e-commerce decree) and applicable EU and Italian law.
2. Scope
This Notice governs access to and use of the Site, including its content, features and services. Purchases are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale; the processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Users who do not accept these provisions are asked not to use the Site.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including, by way of example, texts, images, photographs, illustrations, videos, trademarks, logos, trade names, recipes, graphic layout, source code and databases — is the exclusive property of Azienda Agricola Minnelea or of the respective owners, and is protected by copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941), industrial property law (Legislative Decree 30/2005) and applicable international law.

4. Use of the Site
Users undertake to use the Site lawfully and with respect for the rights of third parties. In particular, it is forbidden to:
- use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
- attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas or third-party data;
- carry out automated scraping, data mining or bulk extraction of content;
- publish defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise unlawful content.
The Owner may suspend or restrict access to the Site for Users acting against these provisions, without prejudice to any legal action for damages.
