How much does shipping cost?
In Italy shipping is free on orders from 27 €; below that threshold it costs 5 €. In the rest of the European Union it is free from 49 €, otherwise it costs 13 €. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We prepare every order by hand within 2-3 working days. Delivery by express courier takes 1-3 working days in Italy and 3-5 days in the rest of Europe.
How do I track my shipment?
As soon as your order leaves, you receive an email with the link to follow the parcel. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder or write to us: we will send you the tracking number.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If the order was shipped within the European Union, you also have the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason. Once the return is approved, the refund arrives within 10 working days on the same payment method used for the purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All transactions are encrypted: we neither handle nor store your card details.
Are there discounts if I buy more jars?
Yes, and they apply by themselves: no code is needed. With 4 jars you get 15%, with 12 jars 20%, with 18 jars 25% and with 24 jars 35%. The discount appears in the cart and stays valid with any payment method. You can build your own box on Prova Minnelea.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No. Minnelea jams are made with fruit, cane sugar and lemon juice, nothing else. No preservatives, no added pectin, no colourings. Shelf life comes from low-temperature vacuum cooking and hot filling.
How should the jars be stored?
Before opening, keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Once opened, the jar goes in the fridge and should be eaten within a few days: with no preservatives the product stays alive and should be treated like a homemade preserve.
Do you supply restaurants and shops?
Yes. We work with restaurants, hotels, delicatessens and retailers. You will find the terms on B2B & Horeca or write to us at info@minnelea.com.
