How much does shipping cost?
In Italy, shipping is free on orders from €27; below that it costs €5. In the rest of the European Union it is free from €35, otherwise it costs €7.90. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We prepare every order by hand in 1 working day. Express courier delivery takes 2 working days in Italy and 5 working days in the rest of Europe.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a link to track your parcel. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or write to us: we'll send you the tracking code ourselves.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If your order was shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. Once the return is approved, the refund is issued within 10 working days to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All transactions are encrypted: we never handle or store your card details.
Are there discounts if I buy more jars?
Yes, and they apply automatically: no code needed. From 12 jars you get 10% off, from 18 jars 15% and from 24 jars 20%. The discount appears in your cart and is valid with any payment method. You can build your own box on Prova Minnelea.
Do your products contain preservatives?
No. Minnelea jams are made with fruit, cane sugar and lemon juice, nothing else. No preservatives, no added pectin, no colourings. They keep thanks to low-temperature vacuum cooking and hot-filling of the jars.
How should I store the jars?
Before opening, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once opened, keep the jar in the fridge and eat it within a few days: with no preservatives the product stays alive and should be treated like a homemade preserve.
Do you supply restaurants and shops?
Yes. We work with restaurants, hotels, delicatessens and retailers. You'll find our terms on B2B & Horeca, or write to us at info@minnelea.com.
