Points, vouchers and monthly challenge: the rules

These rules describe the rewards that Azienda Agricola Minnelea (Via Serra 12, 84060 Moio della Civitella SA, Italy, VAT no. 06042760659) offers to customers of minnelea.com and users of the Minnelea app. All rewards are discounts on Minnelea products: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded, and do not unlock app features.

1. Points

• You earn 1 point for every euro paid for products, after discounts. Shipping does not count.
• Orders paid from October 11, 2026 onwards count, on minnelea.com or in the app, with the same email.
• Points arrive when the order is paid. If an order is cancelled or refunded, its points are removed, in full or in part.
• Every 100 points become a 10% voucher, to be used once on an order of at least €27, within 90 days.
• Points do not expire while the programme is active. You can see them in the app, under Points and vouchers.

2. Walk bonus (app)

• If within the same week, Monday to Sunday, you record at least 3 walks of at least 10 minutes in the app, you get 10 points.
• The bonus applies once per week per account and can be claimed until the end of the following week (the app does it automatically).
• Points do not depend on steps, distance or speed.

3. Birthday voucher

• In the app you can enter the day and month of your birthday, once only.
• In your birthday month you get a 10% voucher, to be used once on an order of at least €27, by the end of that month.
• If you enter the date during your birthday month, the voucher arrives from the following day.

4. Invite a friend

• With your code, your friend gets €5 off their first order on minnelea.com of at least €27.
• Once their order is paid, you get a €5 voucher, to be used once on an order of at least €27, within 90 days.
• No more than 10 "invite a friend" vouchers per month per person. Inviting yourself does not count.

5. Monthly challenge (app)

• Every month there is a shared goal of waste-saving dishes, shown in the app.
• A dish counts when you mark in the app that you cooked it using at least 2 ingredients you already had in your pantry (salt, oil, water and the like do not count). Up to 3 dishes per day per person.
• To take part you need to be signed in to the app with a verified email. No purchase is required.
• If the goal is reached by the end of the month, everyone with at least 4 dishes that month gets the same voucher, at the percentage shown in the app (5% by default), to be used once on an order of at least €27, within 30 days.
• There are no draws, rankings or different prizes among participants.

6. General rules

• Vouchers are personal codes linked to your account: they can be used once and cannot be combined with other discount codes. The shop's shipping conditions still apply.
• An expired voucher is not renewed.
• One account per person. In case of abuse (multiple accounts, fake orders, automated use of the app) we may cancel points and vouchers obtained improperly.
• We may change or end the programme with at least 30 days' notice, published on this page and in the app. Vouchers already issued remain valid until they expire.
• If you delete your app account, challenge data and points that exist only for the app are deleted; points linked to your email in the online shop stay there.
