Ingredients

Welcome kit with 6 jars selected from Minnelea's preserves, vegetables in oil and spreads. Each jar lists its specific ingredients on the label. All products are made by hand, with no preservatives, thickeners or added colourings.

A first taste of Minnelea

The Welcome Kit is made for those who don't know us yet and want to understand how we cook. Six artisan jars, chosen to cover the whole day: two tomato sauces for pasta, an award-winning pâté for bruschetta and three preserves for breakfast and cheese pairings.

Format

Kit of 6 glass jars with twist-off lids — 3 sweet jars of 212 g (preserves), 1 savoury jar of 200 g (pâté) and 2 sauces of 270 g. Gift packaging included.

The Minnelea method

The Minnelea method in three steps: fresh fruit picked at the right ripeness, vacuum cooking at low temperature to preserve aroma and colour, and hot filling into glass jars. No preservatives, no thickeners, no colourings.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. Once a jar is opened, keep it refrigerated and consume promptly.

Allergens
The vegetables in oil (sun-dried tomatoes, aubergines, peppers) and the sun-dried tomato cream contain sulphites from white wine vinegar. Jams, marmalades, sauces and the pumpkin cream contain no allergens. See the label on each jar.

Shipping and returns

We pack every order by hand within 1 working day; the courier then delivers in 2 working days in Italy and in 5 working days in the rest of the European Union. Italy: €5, free on orders from €27. Rest of the European Union: €7.90, free from €35. Returns within 30 days of delivery, refunded to the original payment method.

Each jar travels individually protected. If one arrives broken, we send a replacement free of charge without asking you to return anything: a photo is all we need.

Ich kannte Minnelea nicht und wollte erstmal testen, ohne gleich zu viel auszugeben. Das 6er-Kit war genau richtig: eine schöne Mischung aus süßen und herzhaften Spezialitäten, liebevoll verpackt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Feigenkonfitüre und den sonnengetrockneten Tomaten. Werde auf jeden Fall mehr bestellen.
