The Minnelea method

The Minnelea method in three steps: fresh fruit picked at the right ripeness, vacuum cooking at low temperature to preserve aroma and colour, and hot filling into glass jars. No preservatives, no thickeners, no colourings.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. Once a jar is opened, keep it refrigerated and consume promptly. For vegetables in oil, make sure the product stays covered with oil.

Herzhafte italienische Produkte ohne Umwege – genau das habe ich gesucht. Der Korb kam pünktlich, die Gläser waren heil. Die Auberginen und der Sugo Cilentano waren die Highlights. Ein kompletter Abend mit Antipasti und Pasta war im Handumdrehen zubereitet. Perfekt für Männer, die nicht lange kochen wollen.
