Kit Aperitivo · 4 jars in olive oil
The kit holds aubergines, peppers and sun-dried tomatoes in oil, plus our sun-dried tomato pâté. Each jar contains 200 g net, with no preservatives or colourings.
We pack each order by hand in 1 working day. The courier then delivers in 2 working days in Italy and 5 in the rest of Europe.
What's in the box
Below are the ingredients exactly as printed on the label, with the weight and price of each jar. You can also buy them individually.
Aubergines, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, dried corno pepper (crusco), white wine vinegar, salt.
We add dried crusco pepper, milder than chilli and with a sweet note. Of the 200 g, 190 g is drained aubergine.
Red peppers, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, garlic, black pepper, oregano, salt.
Seven ingredients in total. Black pepper adds a peppery note, oregano the aroma.
Sun-dried tomatoes 65%, extra virgin olive oil 33%, garlic, capers, salt.
The tomatoes are dried in the sun on wooden racks, then we put them whole into the oil. Of the 200 g, 150 g is drained tomato.

We start from the same sun-dried tomatoes and blend them into a spread, with visible pieces.

The oil left in the jar is a dressing: use it on hot pasta, bruschetta or a salad.
From jar to table
Antipasto board
Serve them with cured meats and cheese, or with buffalo mozzarella.
Crostini
Lay them on warm country bread. Use them in rice salads and cold pasta too.
Pasta
Chop them and toss them in the pan with a spoonful of their oil.
Bruschetta
Spread a spoonful on toasted bread and add a shaving of pecorino.

Shipping is included on the Kit Aperitivo, to Italy and the European Union. On single jars it is free from €27 in Italy and from €35 in the rest of the EU. Below those amounts it costs €5.00 in Italy and €7.90 in the EU.
Unopened, keep the jar in a cool, dry place away from light.
Once opened, it goes in the fridge, with the vegetables covered by their oil. Finish it within 7 days.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and we pay the return shipping.
Opened food can't be sent back, for hygiene reasons. If a jar doesn't satisfy you, write to info@minnelea.com within 30 days and we'll refund you.
If a jar arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
