With these four jars you can put a dinner for two on the table. The pâté goes on bread as a starter, the sauce and the pumpkin cream dress the pasta, and the fig jam goes with cheese.

How to serve it

Starter: spread the pâté on toasted bread.
Pasta: warm the sauce in a pan while the pasta cooks. The pumpkin cream also works as a pasta sauce on its own.
Cheese: serve the fig jam next to pecorino or an aged cheese.

We deliver in 3 working days in Italy and in 5 working days in the EU. On orders from €30 we add gift boxes for 1, 2 or 3 jars for free: ask for them in the cart note. If a jar arrives broken, we send a new one at no cost. A photo is all we need.

The Minnelea method

The Minnelea method in three steps: fresh fruit picked at the right ripeness, vacuum cooking at low temperature to preserve aroma and colour, and hot filling into glass jars. No preservatives, no thickeners, no colourings.

Storage

Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto, al riparo da luce e fonti di calore. Dopo l'apertura conservare in frigorifero: il sugo entro 4-5 giorni, paté e crema di zucca entro 7 giorni, la confettura entro una settimana.

We pack every order by hand within 1 working day; the courier then delivers in 2 working days in Italy and in 5 working days in the rest of the European Union. Italy: €5, free on orders from €27. Rest of the European Union: €7.90, free from €35. Returns within 30 days of delivery, refunded to the original payment method.

Each jar travels individually protected. If one arrives broken, we send a replacement free of charge without asking you to return anything: a photo is all we need.
