It's the sauce you make at home when you have time, ready in a jar: same logic, same taste, same clean label.

Vacuum cooking at low temperature

The method makes the difference: we cook the sauce under vacuum, at low temperature. A slow process that lets the tomato, the extra virgin olive oil, the garlic and the oregano really amalgamate, melting the flavours into a full balance.

Without the aggressive heat of traditional pasteurisation, the essential oils of oregano stay alive, EVO keeps profile and fragrance, the tomato doesn't darken. The result is a sauce with an exceptional taste, dense, round, that you recognise at the first forkful.
