Ingredients

Tomato passata (82%), sun-dried tomatoes (13%), extra virgin olive oil (4%), onion, unrefined sea salt. Tomato origin: Italy.

How to use it

Perfect on spaghetti, penne and short pasta, and just as good for bruschetta, gourmet pizza and as a base for baked dishes. A little grated ricotta salata or cacioricotta lifts the flavour of the South.

Real pasta, intense flavour, in ten minutes.

Slow vacuum cooking at low temperature

As with every Minnelea sauce, the method makes the difference: vacuum cooking at low temperature. A slow process that melts the flavours together and preserves aroma and colour, without the aggressive heat of conventional pasteurisation. The result is a dense, rounded sauce with the sweet-savoury note of sun-dried tomato in the foreground.

Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce, the intensity of the South

Minnelea's Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce brings together the sweetness of tomato passata and the concentrated aroma of sun-dried tomatoes. A full, decisive sauce with a Mediterranean character, made for anyone who likes bold, honest flavours.

Few ingredients, no shortcuts: tomato passata, sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onion and unrefined sea salt. The flavour comes from the raw material, not from additives.
