The Minnelea method in three steps: fresh fruit picked at the right ripeness, vacuum cooking at low temperature to preserve aroma and colour, and hot filling into glass jars. No preservatives, no thickeners, no colourings.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4–5 days.
