A jar to enjoy, rather than an ornament to forget

You know the problem with event favours: you choose them, pay for them and hand them out, and most end up in a drawer. Not because they look bad, but because they serve no purpose.

A food favour solves the problem: open it, enjoy it, and remember the day over breakfast. Our 212 g jar is designed precisely for this — small enough to fit in a little box, good enough to feel like a considered choice.

Inside is the same jam that won the Great Taste 2025 and the WineHunter Award Gold at the Merano WineFestival. This is not a cheaper range made for favours: it is the same product we sell in our shop. If the recipient enjoys it, they can buy it again — the difference between a souvenir and a gift.

How it works

1. Choose the flavour. Choose the same flavour for every favour, or alternate two or three. Fig, strawberry and apricot jams are the most popular for weddings; vegetables in oil and pâté work well for confirmations and gatherings with more men.

2. Choose the packaging. An individual box and message card are included in the price. If you prefer a bag or a paper band with your names, let us know: we prepare it for you.

3. Tell us how many you need and when. The minimum order is 20 pieces. For more than 50 pieces, contact us first so we can plan production and confirm the date.

Favours for every occasion

Weddings. The most requested combination alternates two flavours — usually fig and strawberry — with a personalised band showing your names and the date. The jar stands on the reception table and doubles as a place card: write the guest's name on the card and solve two tasks at once.

Christenings and first communions. The small jar in a white box is the most common choice. Strawberry jam is the one children really take home.

Confirmations and graduations. Savoury flavours work better here: at that age, a jar of pâté or sun-dried tomatoes feels like a proper gift rather than an obligation.

Edible place cards. If you only need a place card rather than the complete favour, a single jar without a box costs less and creates the same effect.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order?
20 pieces. Below that quantity, you can still order individual jars from the shop, without the special price or personalisation.

Can I personalise the label or message card?
The message card can include your chosen text. The jar keeps our hand-illustrated label, which is part of the product. We can add an outer band with your names and the date.

How far ahead should I order?
Allow 5-7 days for 20-50 pieces. For more than 50 pieces, ask us to confirm at least three weeks ahead so we can plan production.

Can I mix different flavours?
Yes, at no extra charge. Specify the breakdown in the order notes.

How long do they keep?
Each jar carries its expiry date, usually more than 12 months from production. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 5-7 days: there are no preservatives.

What if a jar arrives broken?
We replace it free, without requiring a return. A photo is enough. Orders of more than 20 pieces always use reinforced packaging.

Are they organic?
No. We do not have organic certification and prefer not to use that word. We grow our own fruit and use no preservatives: these are separate facts, and we describe them as they are.
