How to use it
How to use it

Like our other sweet jams, mixed berries are processed by vacuum cooking at low temperature. A slow method, chosen to preserve the intense colour of the berries, the fresh aroma and the tart note typical of wild fruits.
The result is a dark jam, rich in pieces of fruit, intense on the palate but never cloying.

Minnelea's Mixed Berries Extra Jam is born from a selected mix of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and currants. Four berries with different characters working together: the blueberry brings depth, the raspberry adds freshness, the blackberry gives body, the currant a tart note that keeps everything in balance.
A jam designed for those who don't want a single flavour direction, but a layered profile: sweet, fruity, slightly tart. Recognisable, but with more details.

Essential recipe, 130% concentration
For each jar we use 130 g of berries to obtain 100 g of finished jam. The fruit loses water during cooking and what remains in the jar is the concentrated part: vivid aroma, visible pulp, soft structure.
Only mixed berries at 75% and cane sugar at 25%. No pectin, no thickeners, no preservatives, no colourings. The consistency comes from time and from the natural hold of the berries.
